Hi!
I'm Ashley
A Research and Design Leader Shaping Human-AI Experiences
Currently scaling Okta Privileged Access (OPA) through high-trust design and AI-driven delivery to displace legacy incumbents at the G2K level.
My WORK
With over 20 years in the game, I’ve learned that a design leader’s real job isn’t just delivering great user experiences—it’s architecting the environment that enables a team to do the best work of their careers. For me, success is about more than a launch; it’s about building the strategy, the culture, and the operational "machinery" that allows people to solve massive business and customer problems with deep personal pride.
I thrive in the space where high-stakes technical complexity meets human intuition. My focus is on making sure that as a business grows, the user experience doesn’t just survive the scale, it leads the way.
You’ll find case studies that showcase how I balance big-picture vision with the day-to-day reality of running a design organization:
UX Strategy
Transforming complex products into resilient, enterprise-grade platforms that solve for the unique "physics" of global scale.
Team Leadership
Building high-performing, inclusive cultures through active coaching, hands-on mentorship, and a dedication to career-defining growth for every designer.
Organizational Leadership
Modernizing the R&D machine by institutionalizing design standards, optimizing cross-functional processes, and making experience quality a non-negotiable business metric.
